Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must meet the following conditions:
- The item/service must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For physical items, the product must be in its original packaging.
- Refunds are not applicable for downloadable or digital products once delivered.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

- Downloadable digital products
- Software licenses
- Custom services already rendered
- Some personal care or health-related items
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

- Items or services delivered but partially used or altered
- Products not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window but within 30 days (subject to approval)
Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing time can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, email us at [email protected].
Shipping Returns (If Applicable)
For physical returns (if any):
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
